Dangerous Road Hole – Accident Report (Reichenberger Straße, Kreuzberg) Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to report a dangerous road hole located on Reichenberger Straße, near the U-Bahn area and in front of Lookma Berlin Kreuzberg. While I was riding my bicycle, my front tire went into a large hole in the road surface. The tire became stuck, causing me to fall forcefully from the bicycle. As a result, I injured my left leg, left hand, and back. Fortunately, no cars were approaching from either side at the time of the accident; otherwise, the situation could have been much more serious. The bicycle was also damaged. This road defect presents a serious safety risk for cyclists and other road users. I kindly request that this issue be inspected and repaired as soon as possible to prevent further accidents. Ihr Anliegen wird im Aufgabenbereich des Straßen- und Grünflächenamtes, Fachbereich Straßen, bearbeitet. Aus diesem Grund erfolgte die Weiterleitung dorthin. Das Ordnungsamt hat keinen Einfluss auf die weitere Bearbeitung in diesem Amt, so dass wir den Status auf „erledigt“ setzen.
